Jacki, thanks for the thoughts. Let me illustrate as follows:

Allowed:

I just spoke with (company official) and they said:

  • drilling is on schedule
  • things look good
  • everyone is optimistic and anxiously awaiting drill results
  • very happy with how the company is progressing

Not Allowed:

I just spoke with (company official) and they said:

  • drill results are better than anything reported before
  • drill results press release is coming tomorrow
  • a major is investing $50,000,000

I believe you can see the distinction - and yes, it is the TSXV and OSC that is dictating regulation. Noront, AGORACOM and IBK have no choice but to follow or get shut down. It is that simple.
