One company I follow, Metanor Resources (MTO) an explorer/ new producer are only managing to subsidize 47%, (according to their website). Their head office is in Quebec and their insiders are major shareholders, so I assume they know the ropes and squeeze the maximum based on the application of funds.
Nevertheless, 40, 50, or 60 percent, still a very nice incentive .
