I smell a partial takeover bid fast !

I sometimes wonder if Friedman has the resources to JV with these mines. Does he have ownership in existing mining companies that could step in an work with NOT? I sure don't know if I'd want any more JV setting up on the property. I'm sure RN knows better though.
