To put this deal in perspective;

1. How many of these same guys would buy in to NOT at $3.50 per share?

2. How would you feel if you bought this mornig at $7.00 and they allow these guys to buy at $3.50

I hope this helps add a little perspective.

However, don't get me wrong, it's great that someone else in the area has money to spend in the area.... all good IMHO
