Not often you have an anonamous buyer good for over 1% of the outstanding stock over 5 days(looks a bit like a % participation ORDER). Not often you see concerted anonamous buying period. Anon is usually on the sell side as expected. Should this be a concern to current shareholers and mangement.

Management is on it. Are the shareholders?

Be mindful of the real upside. Let them sell.
