RG, these are valid concerns that most on the board have from time to time. I think that a good examination of the facts will get you over the hump.

Take a look at JB#2, Budget $3 mil, spent $9.6 mil. They had reasons to spend it. It's way more than a little cost over-run. With the information from this well, they immediately made plans for drilling #3,4 & 5. With cased hole logs on #1 & 2, plus open hole logs for #3,4&5, they announced plans for #6, and 22 more wells. aquired more land, and are still trying to tie up even more.

Nobody makes those kind of plans for low producers or dry holes. MEO has hit 2 major elephants - The Copper Ridge and the Rome.
