·CC to give personal touch to the PRs

·Read a forward-looking statement- CYA yet again…not a bad thing (Safe Harbor stuff)

·Company is ‘pressing forward’ with 211 to be reinstated in OTC ASAP

·Aul has spoken with SEC regarding suspension (due to esoteric nature of company’s products/ services…)

·MTEK has retained special securities counsel to get us through the 211 process

·Accounting firm to be a fully reporting company

·Increasing as much info as possible on website

·No PRs had to be changed for SEC, NOTHING wrong with anything MTEK as per SEC

·Basically had to better explain their technology to prove to SEC and FINRA

·100% complete with DD for 211 docs

·15c docs have been delivered to two MMs

·MTEK will go with MM who will list us quicker…could be done in a matter of days

·Bid/ Ask is TOP priority

·Business development continues

·Headset being developed by MS0 is on track/ schedule

·Working with a ‘high level’ manufacturer out of Hong Kong

·Chiu is collaborating with other engineers to make sure everything on track

·Prototype by end of year

·MS0 funding development of headset

·Funds have been received through MS0 and will also be used for marketing

·Additional PRs will be released when 211 is being finalized

·Welcomed contact with Jeff

·Feel that they are near to return to an OTC listing and intend to go forward as fully reporting- Form 10 will be filed and (3) 10Qs, etc. and raise level/ quality of info + completion of headset = MTEK better / stronger
