Volcanic action can also form in ring like formation. The mineralization sort of creeps into slowly cooling rock and forms the pods of rich ore bodies. No one is positive about how the deposits in this area have been formed but seem positive it is a ring type of deposit spreading over a wide area.

The nature of this kind of area is such that the metals contained will vary from pod to pod so it will be up to all the exploration companies to find those rich and bankable deposits. No doubt some will find sub economic deposits and wouldn't be surprised to find a wide range of different deposits.

If you search you'll find posts that go into great detail about this kind of mining camp and what it could become.
