-- Very few exploration geologists see an "exploration" hole like that in their entire career. Yes you see DEVELOPMENT drill holes on know deposits with metal values like that -- It is very rare to see an EXPLORATION hole that good.
-- That drill was in really good ore grades of metals from the surface to a depth of a half mile.
-- It never got out of high-grade rock -- That means that the deposit is "Open" at depth. That is a very good thing. You know that it is at least a half-mile deep, and it could go a lot deeper.
-- By all appearances, that drill went through rock worth 10 $figures$, and possibly a lot more. The SP for MMG should have gone a lot higher on that announcement if the people who invest in junior mining companies knew anything about exploration geology.
This was taken from another post just after hole 6 was released. There has been many posts outlining how much copper is in situ at Aguila (see Pasacancha's posts with the "back-of-the-napkin" calculations), but I think this somes it up quite nicely.
IMHO DRV needs is to have the merger happen and strong promoting to get the SP moving. All this is happening right now.The only question mark is the mood of the market. Typicaly the fall is a bullish time for stocks like these, I confident that trend will continue with DRV FWIW.
Cheers
