I think this is right.

You will get 1/2 a DRV share and 1 share of the NewCo MMG for each MMG share you currently have. I still think MMG is a deal right now, but it all depends on what you think the NewCo MMG is worth.

Either way, the point seems moot as DRV is rediculously undervalued IMHO.
