Say you have 100,000 mmg right now.
You will receive 50,000 of the new drv peru shares (valued at approx .90 right now) and 50,000 of the new mmg mexico shares (.10 according to vens calculations).
The point of the merger is to combine the peru property into a single company putting duran in an attractive position for a take over in the future. Shareholders will put their own value in the mexican mmg property as those properties progress.
Hey Pasa, I appreciate the following example, however, I don't want to keep beating on the same dead horse but I'm still a little confused.
If you have 100,000 mmg right now and you recieve an additional 50k of DRV and 50K of New MMG Mexico, then does this mean you still have 100k shares in the current MMG at the current value of .51. So, you now have 100k in MMG plus 50k DRV plus 50k "new MMG" for a grand total of 200k shares???? I knew I should've gone to Harvard....
