Re: Value of MMG after the merger

In response to: Value of MMG after the merger by murph66

Murph, in response to your question:

Shares outstanding for DRV- 27,808,793
Market value of DRV (current)- $25026113.7 (or around 90cents)

Shares outstanding of MMG- 62,028,752
Market value of MMG (current) - $31,014,376

After merger

Shares outstanding for DRV- 27,808,793+31,014,376= 58,823,169 (yes lower than 75 million- but doesn't include options and warrants- will carry over as a wash)
Market Value of DRV- $25,026,113.7*2= $52,052,227.4 (as current value of DRV is the entire Aguilla and Pasa- they will just take MMG's portion after the merger)
SP of DRV= 52.05/58.82= .88-.89 (Assuming no new finds affect the value)

Shares outstanding for MMG- 62,028,752
Market value of MMG (current)- $31,014,376- $25,026,113.7= $5,988,262.3
SP of MMG= 5.988/62.028= .0965
Or approximately 10 cents.

I did this calc without including the warrants or options mostly because it would take a little more time and this was quick and dirty. It should be pretty close.
