If you have been watching the trading closely most all of the trades are going @ the bid, which means SH's are dumping their shares for what ever the bid price is, and then the bid moves down and so does the share price. If you tried to sell a large amount of shares it would drive the price down, and that's whats been going on, not a very good scenerio.
