We may very well be headed a BIT lower but I wouldn't sell if I were you. This stock will rise as soon as another couple of news releases come out. Right now MMG is particularly attractive due to the fact that you get shares in both companies. Because MMG is trading for roughly half the price of DRV you could consider that you are getting the shares in the new MMG for free.  (and I believe it will trade for about $2 SP in another year or so.)
