Drilling:

We have a current B permit allowing us to drill in Peru.

We have awarded Iguana Drilling a contract to drill based on the parameters of this B permit.

We have applied for a C Permit to allow us to drill up to 80 holes.

We are NOT permitted to give out additional drill contracts and do more drilling than is currently contracted out.

The rules in each country differ and Noront do not operate under the permitting rules of Peru.

We are NOT yet permitted to bring in an RC rig.

News Releases:

I am not a Qualified Person as definition in National Instrument 43-101

I can not put out news releases for MMG with results until they are provided to me by DRV with QP from Glen O’Gorman or David Bending.

The new full time President for Peru is a QP and will be able to provide results to MMG.

President’s Message:

Re: Comment that it was dated March 3 and posted on Agoracom on March 12.

It needs to be written and sent to the printers to provide in time for the mailing to shareholders.

Once it was printed and in the hands of the companies that distribute it to shareholders, it is publicly filed on SEDAR (march 10)

After we see it posted publically on SEDAR (march 11) we send it to Agoracom to post.

The CTO was news released by the BC Securities Commission on February 6 2008.
