with junior miners its hard to say what the true value is. It may have been overvalued enough for traders to flip out, investors may be holding on seeing much more value in the future in hopes for promising drill resluts/take over/ whatever

NOT's story has much more than copper, it has found excellent grades of a series of metals in one drill result which all contributed to the value of the assay, now they just have to see how big the resource base is by drilling around it
