Is the deal with Salman Partners off? ['ve been traveling and not had computer available]

If the deal with Jilin Jien replaces the deal with Salman, even at a lower price for nickel and no credits for copper or PGM's the deal is far better in my opinion as Salman Partners was bleeding the company. Thanks for your reply.
