Regina R. Flood is one of the founders of Chesapeake Logistics. She has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Chesapeake Logistics since its inception in November 1997. From 1999 to 2000, she also served as President of Oxford Consulting Group, LLC. From 1988 to 1999, she held various positions with Price Waterhouse. Ms. Flood received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University of Chicago.
Brian P. Flood is one of the founders of Chesapeake Logistics. He has served as President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Chesapeake Logistics since its inception in November 1997. From 1992 to 1997, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TNT Logistics Corporation. From 1987 to 1992, he held various positions with Ryder System, Inc. Mr. Flood received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.
