Silver shortage

It seems to be a real shortage at least in Québec. I had try to get some bars from Scotia Bank and they have nomore. I'm waiting to know if I can put an order and what premium I'll have to pay and how long I will wait.

You can buy some on e bay, but nothing under $21 plus delivery except from China????.  Northern territorial mint said they have a lot, but you have to pay now and wait at least two months??? I don't trust them.

Did someone try to get some?
