Should I be worried about this weeks spiriling effect ?, .25 cent hit in just a week. Hope its just people trying to make a quick buck off its upward trend from the week before. Wondering if it will ever sky rocket within the next month or so to a 1$
The way trading works nowadays, program trading goes into effect when certain price points are hit. Most likely, someone tried to accumulate and triggered a small black box program by buying past some arcane technical level. That spurred buying from another MM , which increased the share price even more than more buying came in... Looks like things have come full circle and things have died down; but it tells me I would not short this stock because it does have the ability to move on little to no news. Looks like it could really ramp on strong news or contract signing.
