Last PR seems like fluff; No new information, just restating what was already accomplished with NIG.

I would think we pull back from here momentarily before going higher if the volume continues to dry up.

It would be nice to see more information regarding financing the quick ramp up in China. I'm concerned about possible dilution. Does anyone have any information on this?
