If the big boys knew any better, they would take out Exousia before it got too big. That way, they wouldn't have to pay-up for the company. their products are already better than coatings from the big players. It must be a case of still being under the radar or not knowing too much about what Exousia does.
In any case, I wouldn't want a take-out of now anyway because I believe my investment is worth way more than what a 60% premium would bring.
