He also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Chinese Science and Technology Association. Additionally, Professor Baiyun Huang is a director for numerous State and National Engineering and Research associations.

 

This isn't some no-name Joe Shmo people. This person is a major Chinese scientist & engineer and most likely has key contacts in the Chinese government. A great endorsement indeed.
