Big “E” goes unnoticed – until….

Id like to comment on the last NR from Enterprise Oilfields.

Last winter marketcents predicted a turnaround in the patch and infrastructure building for the oil services industry. It was spot on and timely. The only thing left is for the stock price to reflect the strides and achievements made by the company.

It has been disheartenening to see this issue still trading at the bottom end of the 20c range, as it has shown repeated glimpses of a breakout..One must remember when investing that perserverence and believe in a deal that is meeting and surpassing goals, with a history of much higher prices will eventually shine through and be recognised, stock price wise.

Here are a few excerpts from the NR and a commentary:

“Industry activity has improved considerably. The Company is experiencing bid flow at levels not seen since 2007.”

Apparently “E” is bidding on many new projects. Competitors are booking into the future and that leaves Enterprise in a position of supremecy to win more than just thier share of them. Industry is heavily weighted to capital expenditures in the 4th quarter which will prove beneficial to down the road

“The value will be approximately $25 million over the duration of the agreement.’

This is just one contract with one company and does not include anything else. It exceeds the value of all contracts by E in a year when the stock traded above $2.50/share.

“Company was recently successful in being awarded approximately $1.4 million in new infrastructure construction projects. Enterprise’s oilfield division has completed or been recently awarded over $3 million in new pipeline and facility construction.”

The infrastructure division is in a boom cycle as Albertas towns and cities require more services.

“a greatly improved balance sheet; highlighted by a $4.3 million reduction of long term debt.”

This write down is the most likely reeason thisa stock has been overlooked by industry ‘gurus’….all but for one…lol

All in all, take heart my fellow shareholders. The cavalry shall come and elevate your investment to a very profitable one.
