(TSX VENTURE:ELO) and Thomas Larsen jointly announced today that, as a result of the purchase by NFX Gold Inc. of 150,000 common shares of Eloro, Mr. Larsen, through his own shareholdings and his power to exercise control or direction over Eloro shares held by NFX Gold Inc. and Northfield Metals Inc. now holds or exercises control or direction over 4,530,052 common shares of Eloro, representing 10.3% of the issued and outstanding common shares. The shares were acquired for investment purposes.
