I can not speak for the company, BUT, This would be a good time to reorganize the books for an International company structure.  I say that because I would expect a US bank would not want to lend money to a Canadian company where the money is transfered to a Canadian bank.  Electrovaya is growing very fast and needs the book keeping structure  to change to accomodate an International Business.  Just My WAG anyway.  We will hear the story very shortly.  Merry Christmas !
