There has been a lot of misinformation circulating. Yesterday's leak may have been motivated by political factors. It is also misleading and possibly altered. While ELN/CGP were not named, Anvil Mining's Dikilushi property was. That's very odd as government officials have been talking Anvil up as a model corporate citizen.
Another item rarely discussed are new rules from the DRC. They will be requiring mining companies process ore in the DRC rather than exporting it raw. Anvil has been working toward doing exactly that with their new mining and refining operation..... which happens to be located next door to ELN. That fact could be an important plus for ELN.
