ELN's ground is held by a Congolese subsiduary company. It has a different name.
Perhaps Agoracom should ask for and post the name of the Congolese company who is the registered owner of the land.
As it stands, I would not expect the name El Nino to show anywhere.
FWIW I don't believe ELN has any problem but it's worth checking all avenues.
