To me this would seem like a converlutent loan. You buy share in a company via private placement and are restircted in selling ones shares.
These guys nust be extremely good friends. For them to trust Mr Fairfull to do what he says.
I saw an interesting post on stockhouse: About one of the new investors saying this would be a nice surprise in February. And the share price would be at a level we wouldn't be complaining. If I find it I'll post it. Or if Qmark or Makinmnyor H4 find it they can post away.
