First of all, Luxor Offer is valid only if they get at least 50%. In the case that the get less than 50% Luxor will probably sale all their holding... That will bring the SP down.

MMAM and Centaurus might play that. They bought at 0.50$ and sell 0.56$... nice 12 % within a Month.

Monday, we will have news on their negotiation, but I really don’t know how Management can convince an Hedge Fund to bid higher. Why Luxor would bid higher ?
