Interesting. The 50-50-50 mantra by 2015 has been changed to just 50K bitumen production by 2015. Looks like they are postponing/suspending the MRC upgrade (news release this week) as well as postponing increases in natural gas production.

Also read today that OPEC is considering decrease in output as they appear not to be interested in further decreases in the price of oil. I suspect once the election is over, Opec will be more active.
