DD = Due diligence... basically doing research.

 

CLL will only reach its potential once they turn the corner from potential to full production. They will need P1 @10K day, P2 approved, constructed close to budget and ramped up with no issues, exp the refinary, and figure out logistics (to pipeline or not to pipeline,,,,ie own one or work deal with one). In trouble markets $ flows to saftey not potential. I am long CLL just think it will take a year or 2 to see some really nice gains
