It seems the majority of the post on here are about why CLL is not at the SP we wish it was. Bottom line is CLL is still a small firm that is unproven. Granted they have a great story, have some conventional production, have a refinary, a NG firm (Luke) and have made good progress with P1 with P2 waiting for approval, and have arranged for $ to develop P2.

Now for the bad news, high debt levels, high risk levels since they are not at full production, in a tight market big $ flights to quality and large cap stocks aka best of breed.

Once CLL hits full production not only will it be transformed to a proven production firm, but the cash flow will improve the balance sheet, help finance future growth. Once P2 starts production and the refinary is upgrade, cll will have a  strong $ flow and then the sp will see more appreciation as large buyers will start to invest.

In the short term CLL will bounce all over the place via speculators, but the real $ will come once investors jump in. just my humble thoughts
