For the record Rommel I can assure you ebear is not a basher. He is very familiar with the risks of investing in junior exploreco's and tends to be on the conservative side, especially with regards to the risks of investing in Latin America.

He speaks from experience on this issue and is a very valued poster on the ARU board where we have all had a big lesson in the political risks and pratfalls of investing in certain countries.

Also for the record I have taken a small position in CSI at an average of just under $3. I like what I see so far and am impressed with the money they've managed to raise in a sh!tty market environment. I think a double or better may be possible.
