Based on recent research estimates, Cinch should produce cash flow of $0.54 per share in 2009. This means it is currently trading at less than 1.6x 2009 CF. This seems like a ridiculously low level. Is there concern about the balance sheet and Cinch's bank lines? Do they not have access to debt to fund their on going capital expenditure program?
