Ian Gendall was appointed President back in December. Ian is a hugely respected geologist and his having accepted the position is a very good indication of his opinon of Chapleau's future. It's good too that Eric Wiltzen is staying on as a Director; he's put a lot of work into this company. And off course Jim Stypula -- the guy behind Far West -- has been CEO since 1997. So I think it's fair to say that, as far as managment changes go, this change is pretty positive.
