boy, that is optimism and possibly a very astute observation if true, but I dont think the problems are going to be solved quite that easy.

I do share your logic though that once the credit markets are freed up money wille ventually move into speculative assets.

Time that actually takes place? who knows, but my optimism is somewhat guided these days
