looksa sthough there are some buyers out there taking advantage of the discount to PP. Still 7 cents to go and accumulation without affecting S/P is the name of the game.
I think that the premium is very bullish for the companies perspective within the marketplace. Hard to get financing, and to get it at a premium says quite a bit.
