The trading since the day they dropped OYL from 1.90 to 1.25 and washed that 1.2 mil shares through @ 1.37 has been FISHY, since then there have been quite a few big blocks traded on this dead quiet stock, certainly makes me go HHHHHHMMMMMM, I agree with you MF I think somethings comming down the pipe with a JV and sooner than later.
