Patrick Planche has been the president, chief executive officer, and a director since August 1998. He is the president, director and co-founder of the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Brightec SA, which was organized in 1992 and is the legal owner of the patents and trademarks used by the Company in connection with its business. During the fiscal years ended December 31, 2006 and 2005, Patrick Planche was the Company’s sole executive officer.
David J. Geffen was elected as a director effective April 28, 2005. During the last five years, Mr. Geffen has been the president and owner of Geffen Construction, Inc., a privately owned residential construction contracting company.
