As predicted on the AGORACOM Blog, it appears we are now moving into capitulation phase and a great opportunity to buy good small-caps that have been thrown out with the bathwater.

Yup looks like copper broker through and settled above $4 on the comex today. I get the sense that a real base will be established and that we're in for far more upside here. Remember, any softening of demand in the states will be subsidized by various asian nations.
