Well I guess this will be the place to be to share information and thoughts as we all move forward with the new BellCopper. My sources are indicating that the company is on track to complete the merger on time (on or before May 15th) and that we may very well begin next Monday trading under the new BCU symbol.

I like what appears to be their new motto "Value through Production and Discovery" as stated at the top of the broker fact sheet.

30 million lbs of copper production a year from La Balsa with cash costs of less than $1.00 per/lb and copper at $3.00 plus per/lb is going to provide BellCopper with some serious fuel going forward.

Granduc is the sleeper here though. I personally think that once they realized the probable true strike length of this deposit (4 km), after their first two drill programs, it was necessary to tie up a few loose ends prior to forging ahead in a big way. This has taken almost 2 years but all indications that I can get now point to these loose ends now being tied up and that we will soon see the Granduc being fast tracked. The target of 25 - 30 mm tons of 1.80% CU would look awfully good in BellCoppers resource inventory.

Good Copper companies are going to be worth a lot of money one day soon and BellCopper is going to be a very good Copper company.
