"BELL RESOURCES ANNOUNCES FINAL COURT HEARING DATE FOR GRANDCRU-ROGUE RIVER MERGER
The B.C. Supreme Court has ordered that the hearing for the final order to approve the merger among Bell Resources Corp., Grandcru Resources Corp. and Rogue River Resources Corp. by way of plan of arrangement be held at 10 a.m. on April 22, 2008, at the Vancouver courthouse, 800 Smithe St., Vancouver, B.C. The three merging companies have no reason to believe the final order will not be granted on that date and it is expected to allow the companies to implement the merger with a target date on or about May 15, 2008, subject to co-ordination with the TSX Venture Exchange."
