We are not going to disclose our marketing strategy in any detail. We also have commercial and competitive considerations in this business. It's not all about the stock all the time.
The Viralex dispute did not cost us $30,000. We were paid that. JD is a $6 Billion company. We could have fought it but decided we didn't like the Viralex name that much anyway.
Triosyn may file it's objections. That does not mean they will win.
In this business, trademark disputes are common.
