George Tsiolis, LL.B - President
Company management is led by George Tsiolis LL.B, President, founder and majority shareholder. George is an accomplished consultant to public companies, having worked with over 35 firms since 1997.

George is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and a recipient of the Dean’s Honour Roll Award during his undergraduate studies in Economics. George completed his articles with the Bay Street Law Firm of Lafleur Brown, was called to the Ontario Bar in 1995 and founded AGORA Investor Relations in 1997. As the President of AGORA, George serves as the primary client contact and develops corporate strategy.

Paul Kondakos, B.A., LL.B., M.B.A. Vice President - Operations
Paul graduated from Queen’s University Law School and earned his M.B.A degree from Laurier University. In addition, Paul earned a Specialized Honors Arts Degree from York University.

Paul currently serves as the Operations manager and handles the day to day operation of AGORA's sophisticated web operations, as well as, overseeing all client document preparation. Paul’s MBA education has been instrumental in client strategy formulation and positioning for long term growth.

Katerina Zaravinos, B.A., J.D. Manager, Customer Service
Katerina received an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto, as well as, her law degree from Michigan State University. Katerina was employed with the IAM Gold Corporation (IMG:TSX) as in-house counsel. While working at IMG, Katerina drafted several International agreements and was responsible for the company’s securities obligations with the TSX. Katerina manages all aspects of customer service and corporate filings. Her formal education and work experience with IMG is extremely valuable in insuring compliance with all securities regulations.

Jim Haron, B.A., Commerce, Senior Account Executive
Jim received his Speicalist Commerce Degree from the University of Toronto and has served as a Corporate Accounting Manager for successful TSX Companies, as well as, Toronto based law firms. Jim is a specialist in budgeting and forecasting of financial statements and currently serves as a lead account executive for AGORA.

Scott Purkis, B.Comm., V.P. Sales
Scott comes to us with 9 years experience as Senior Sales Manager at Stockgroup Media Inc (Stockhouse). Scott's strong relationships with the smallcap investment community and his expertise in the online smallcap space have provided AGORACOM with the relationships needed to introduce AGORACOM's products to the smallcap market. Scott has a B Comm from Mt. Allison University in Sackville, N.B, a small but highly touted university on the East Coast. His job is to build relationships with current and existing smalcaps and bring the progressive and well managed companies to the AGORACOM circle.

Paul Nanuwa, B.A., Business, Account Executive
Paul received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Nottingham (England) and has worked in major financial institutions including Bank of Montreal's discount brokerage firm, where he was insturmental in delivering customer service and executing transactions for high net worth clientele.

Bart Ludkowski, B.A., Business, Account Executive
Bart has a breadth of experience in the investment industry, most recently working with top-ranked brokerage firm BMO InvestorLine where he amassed a solid track record in aiding the development of private client business. Bart is a York University graduate where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Society, majoring in Political Science and Economics.

Campbell Levitt B.A., MBA, Business, Account Executive
Campbell earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario, and recieved his M.B.A. from the University of Buxton. Campbell has over eight years experience in corporate finance and the investment industry. Prior to joining Agora, Campbell focused on corporate finance, specializing in small cap and emerging companies. Campbell has experience in IPO's, secondary and private equities financings and this experience serves him well in his role with AGORACOM Investor Relations.

Rody Lazar, B.A., Economics, Account Executive
Rody completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from York University, majoring in Economics and Social Science. His most recent work experience involved servicing clients and brokerage firms within the Insurance Industry. His vast experience in the financial and insurance sector make him a great asset and well suited for investor relations.

Al O'Grady, B.A., Economics, Financial Management Advisor (FMA) - Account Executive
Al received an Economics degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1989. He has extensive business development experience in the natural gas industry and he has successfully completed additional financial courses. Those include the Canadian Securities Course, the Professional Financial Planners Course and Wealth Management Techniques earning him the Financial Management Advisor's designation from the Canadian Securities Institute. He has worked as an Investment Advisor for BMO/Nesbitt Burns and has further experience in the mortgage and commercial leasing arenas. His initial career in journalism will serve him well in the Investor Relations field compiling press releases and conducting interviews with CEO's.

Jeff E. Cohen, Account Executive
Jeff comes to AGORACOM with several years of experience in the retail brokerage business. Jeff worked on a portfolio management team dealing in stocks of various sectors as well as bonds, mutual funds and ETFs. Jeff has completed numerous courses through the Canadian Securities Institute. Jeff's attention to detail, sound market knowledge and focus on client satisfaction prove to be a significant asset at AGORACOM.

Franklin Taniredjo, B.Sc. (Honours), Web 2.0 Specialist
Franklin graduated Cum Laude from the Ryerson University, Toronto, in 2006, with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Science. Prior to joining AGORACOM, he was a freelance web designer and developer for 5 small businesses. In addition to his trainings in various Object Oriented and web programming languages, he also specialises in Web 2.0 online marketing strategies, web development & design, and both organic and paid search marketing.

Benjamin Smith, Account Executive
Ben worked as a securities trader for 8 years, which included part-ownership of a private equity firm based in Montreal. To compliment his vast trading experience, Ben has acquired numerous financial industry standard courses such as the Canadian Securities Course, CPH, TTC, DFC & OLC. His knowledge of capital markets and industry regulations & ethics make Ben a most important member of the AGORACOM team.

Eric Balog, Precious Metals Analyst, Account Executive
Eric has more than 6 years independently researching and investing in the precious metals sector. Eric came to AGORACOM from Fidelity Investments providing valuable customer relations experience.

Andreas Marouchos, Community Director
Andreas is a graduate of Communications and Visual Arts completing his Bachelor degree with Honours at the University of Windsor. He has also successfully completed diplomas in Accounting, Advanced Business Calculations, Political Science and World History. Though he is just 26 years of age, he has participated actively within the Broadcast Industry, working in 5 different cities in three different countries in the past 5 years. His responsibilities at AGORACOM include monitoring the board, troubleshooting, answering user questions amongst others.

Carrie Gartland, Administrator
Carrie has taken numerous graphic design courses and currently manages the AGORA office on a day to day basis and provides support for account executives. In addition Carrie handles the graphic design needs of the AGORACOM website.
